Returning a damaged or defective product
In the unlikely event that the bag you receive is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us by email within 10 days.
The fault should be apparent straight away or after initial use.
A fault is a defect in appearance or function. In the event of a defect make contact first and we will take care of all the shipping procedures ourselves. After receiving our goods back, we will refund you or send a replacement.
Personalized items cannot be returned for a refund.
Laser Engraving
We offer laser engraving services! We can engrave text, symbols, and images. Please add Personalization when placing an order for a leather product. Let us know the name/message, font style and preferred placement in the Additional Comments section. We will prepare a suggestion of placement/size and send it to you for approval.
Font styles
Laser engraving takes additional 1-2 business days.
Image for a logo should be provided as a good quality vector file (PNG. format) in a clear or white background.

Its leather is an empty canvas that will get scarred throughout the years, and that’s what will make it truly beautiful and unique - the marks from your life and experiences that tell your personal story.
Captain's Cut Products are made of certified premium quality full-grain hand-dyed vegetable-tanned Italian cowhide (Vachetta leather).
This leather has been tanned exclusively with natural tannins of vegetable origins and does not contain substances prohibited by law.
Tannin extracts are fundamental ingredient for the slow tanning process and the quality of its result. This artisan technique maintains the natural look of leather, rendering each skin one of a kind with a slightly different pattern.
Small veins, wrinkles and imperceptible scratches eventually present on the leather prove its naturalness rendering each skin one of a king.As an added bonus, vegetable tanning gives the leather a natural earthy smell.
