Each belt is a work of art at Captain's cut particularly in this category as we get new buckles every week from Italy giving you the opportunity to come to the shop and choose the one you like and we craft a belt with all the features you like such as thread, personalization etc. The edges are hand-cut, burnished, waxed and each one is hammered with our signature makers mark. These images are for reference only and can be used as a guide however buckles availabilities change and so does leather availability. You can of course order and let us surprise you or give us the exact reference

    Shipping is complimentary with all orders over €500.

     Delivery terms The US – 3-10 business days, The EU and the UK – 3-8 business days, Other – 6-20 business days.

    Duties and taxes

    We guarantee that that there will be no additional taxes, duties or customs fees for our customers from the US, European Union or Australia. If you are located outside of these places, you may be liable for import duties and taxes charged by Customs. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

    Returns

    We are doing our very best to make sure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase from our e-shop, but if any problem related to the order occurs, please let us know and we will solve it ASAP. Please contact our customer service office by email at captainscutleather@gmail.com

    After we receive the item back, we will reimburse your payment within 2 working days. Purchases can be returned up to 14 days from the delivery date The item must be in its original packaging.

    Unused condition and have all of its parts and accessories. Postage is at buyer's cost. Please keep the receipt as proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

    Local returns

    Once you’ve filled out the “Returns form” we will contact you and provide you with a return address.

     Customers from Malta are provided with a local return address

     Customers from the rest of the world are provided with a Maltese return address

    Returning a damaged or defective product

    In the unlikely event that the bag you receive is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us by email within 10 days.

    The fault should be apparent straight away or after initial use. A fault is a defect in appearance or function. In the event of a defect make contact first and we will take care of all the shipping procedures ourselves. After receiving our goods back, we will refund you or send a replacement.

    Personalized items cannot be returned for a refund.
